I always go to fast-food restaurant named Subway which is on Zhong-Shan North Road near the Mackay Hospital.It sells different tasty sandwiches.Not only can you make your toasted sub yourself,but also choose a set meal.

Their motto goes,"Eat Fresh."Many of the subs contain fresh lettuce,red tomatoes,sour pickles,green peppers,crisp cucumbers,and sweet onions.Personally,I think the best of the choice is the Chicken Teriyaki in six-inch cheese bread.It is important that chicken,sweet onion sauce,and cheeses are mixed together and heated.The toasted sub tastes quite delicious.Futhermore,I always drink a peach tea after the meal.There's no doubt that it is a perfect combination.

The store is quiet,clean,and well-lit.I can read books there all day,and they also provide daily newspapers and weekly magazines.The staff are kind and friendly.The clerks can speak many languages.And sometimes,I can practice my dialogues when I order sandwiches.

In conclusion,I would not hesitate to recommend Subway.I know somebody may disagree with my opinion,but just as a famous saying goes," Each to their own."

Winter Holiday

On my 2006 winter holiday,I went to Orchid Island with my friends . We took the flight in the morning and arrived at the terminal in two hours.First,we rented bicycles and rode around the island.We met some local people.They were friendly and enthusiastic.We launched the boat to catch seafood.That was an exciting and interesting experience.When we disembarked,we cooked our meals by ourselves.The seafood was too fresh to believe.In the evening,we went out at night with the aboriginal people of Orchid Island.We explored many relics of the local culture.It was unusual and something we've never faced before.We stayed in the guest house near the beach.We slept with cool wind.

On the second day,we wore raincoats to do activities because it was raining.We went jogging in the mountain.On the top of the mountain,the scenery was so spectacular.Return to town,we bought some souvenir in the bazaar.Finally,it was time to go home.Even though the the weather was bad,all of us still enjoyed our trip.
